Two new multifunction apps from Samsung   24 December 2015

Samsung has just launched two new applications, Dynamic Workflow and Remote Call. They join the other applications in the Smart UX Center, for integration into Samsung's (Android) Smart MultiXpress multifunction range.

Dynamic Workflow lets users create and customize their own workflows by integrating steps from several different applications already installed in the MFP, in order to improve productivity.

RemoteCall is a paid-for application that can connect a user remotely to a service engineer - setting up a voice channel between them - and allow the engineer to access and to control the Smart Center UX user screen and guide the user through the troubleshooting process.

"Mobile Modern technology has much to offer in the business environment, and we're creating a new print ecosystem around this concept," said David SW Song, Vice-President of Printing Solutions Business at Samsung Electronics.  "Printing doesn’t have to happen in the office anymore. It can happen anywhere you are."
