Toshiba replaces the famous 2505 models   20 November 2015

Close to year-end 2015 now, Toshiba has launched two new monochrome A4/Letter laser machines, the e-Studio 2802AM and e-Studio 2802AF.  A rather special feature of these machines is that they can actually print A3/Ledger!

This is the second generation of this range of multifunction.  These machines are capable of printing, scanning and copying A3 although they have an A4 type of chassis.  "By coupling the products' A3 performance within its sleek and compact design, the MFPs nicely complement a company's existing print fleet or provide ideal standalone products for smaller environments," said Bill Melo, Toshiba America Business Solutions' Chief Marketing Executive.

With a maximum capacity of 300 sheets, these multifunctions can print up to 28 sheets per minute with an image resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi, and scan up to 25 images per minute.  They have an auto-reversing document feeder as standard, an ethernet port, a USB 2.0 port and WiFi connectivity (WiFi is an option). Finally, the e-Studio 2802AF model also has a fax card.
