Four Stars for the OKI MC 873 and MC 853 range

DataMaster's lab has give Four stars to the OKI MC873 / MC 853 range.
The print quality from this machine is excellent. At time of writing, it is the best in the market segment of these machines. We also noted the usability of the machine - a wide set of features. The lack of finishing options and some copy-mode functions lowered the overall assessment, but it is not the manufacturer's intention for this machine - with the accompanying pricetag - to meet high-en A3 MFPs head on.
We like the electric stapler on the side of the machine, and the intended users of this machine will like it too.
DataMaster's analyses and assessments are completely independent. Five-star certificates are extremely rare. To attain five stars, not only must the equipment under test demonstrate an excellent performance in most categories, but must have no major weakness in any of the evaluation criteria - which includes finishing options and flexibility.
