Just at the end of 2015, Konica Minolta
has announced version 5.6
of the Dispatcher Phoenix
document capture Solution. This includes specific versions for the sectors of education, health, governance, finance and legal.
The new version provides enhanced functions and new features, including an automatic barcode writing process that can insert barcodes and labels on documents and files.
Version 5.6 also includes a new connector for Microsoft's OneDrive for Business. This allows users to scan to download documents from OneDrive speedily and securely. They can also access their OneDrive accounts right from the interface of their compatible Konica Minolta MFP. The new version of Dispatcher Phoenix also includes an improved SharePoint Connector for connecitons to Sharpoint Online and securely on premise. Finally, Dispatcher Phoenix 5.6 also enables printing from a computer, smartphone or tablet using Google Cloud Print services.
Integrated into the control panel of Konica Minolta bizhub multifunctions, the Dispatcher Phoenix solution streamlines document scanning, indexing and routing using a visually improved display.
