The sale of Sharp is off again ...

Ever-Sharp?  Ever on tenderhooks?  The saga continues in the sale of Sharp. While Foxconn positioned itself as a major purchaser and saw its offer accepted by the Board of Directors of Sharp, the talks are now "continuing".
 
Now it is the Taiwanese subcontractor that is putting the brakes on after discovering a confidential document on additional debt at Sharp.  The acquisition was originally scheduled to be sewn up by the end of February.  It will now take longer than expected due to this recent discovery.
 
However, time is short for Sharp, which saw its share price tumble in February.  At time of writing, we can see recovery in March.
