HP Inc publishes optimistic Q3 results

HP Inc has published some optimistic results for the third quarter of their fiscal year - with increased revenue from the printing group of 6% year on year making a major contribution.
 
In this last year, HP Inc. have acquired Samsung's printing group, and are in the throes of some massive new product rollouts involving a new approach to the MFP markets the world over.
 
Q3 net revenue was $13.1 billion (15.5 billion Euros), up 10 percent on the same period last year.   HP Inc's printing group’s net revenue was $4.70 billion (5.5 billion euros), up 6.2%.   As regards the printing group, total hardware sales rose by only 1%, but consumables revenue (net) was up 10%.  
 
"Q3 was another outstanding quarter of successfully executing our reinvention strategy,” said Dion Weisler, HP Inc President and CEO.
 
With the waves of A3 PageWide inkjets and the first Korean-made lasers breaking, things look really good for HP Inc.
