The DataMaster Technical Services team has grown in recent months to carry on delivering the high level of service our ever-increasing user base requires, constantly striving to provide world-class machine and Solutions benchmarking services. They test and evaluate products, giving objective opinions on the many criteria identified as important to our customers. The TS team also reply very swiftly to the broad range of requests they receive through the DMO Premium Hotline, helping our subscribers in their daily work - to make more sales, faster!
To respond to the increasing demand for training, DataMaster now has six permanent trainers (product training, Solutions selling, sales techniques, management and service provision). Our courses are developed and delivered by trainers with years of field experience. They couple practical expertise with teaching skills and impart their thorough understanding of the business trainees. The DataMaster head office has a new, fully equipped training room giving our students a perfect environment in which to learn.
Our very own sales team has grown too, with a new permanent commercial assistant, and a marketing specialist for our international business. DataMaster continues to pursue its policy of total customer satisfaction.
DataMaster is now a team of 15 people divided into Technical, Training, Marketing, Sales, International Business and Administration.
