Oki Data and Toshiba Tec co-develop a color A4 MFP

15 March 2013

In April, OKI Data and Toshiba Tec are launching a new range of A4 color MFPs.  Aimed at the office market, this new range is going to compete in an ever-more competitive environment, though one which is still showing 10% growth annually world-wide.

This range of color A4 MFPs (for which the speeds have not been released yet) has been designed to fulfill the broad range of fast-changing needs that large workgroups represent.  These customers need reliable, fast and flexible equipment which can also prove cheaper to run.

The two companies have pooled their expertise to bring this new range to market.  The print engine is based on the Oki Data LED / laser, and the controller is by Toshiba Tec.

The 9-inch touch screen will certainly be easy to use, and should offer IT departments and third-party developers a user interface to run a range of useful Solutions.

All the technical specs on these new models will be available to subscribers to DMO very shortly.
