Xerox Iridesse: an innovative press for graphics professionals   25 May 2018

Iridescent effects, metallic inks, varnishes and clear inks, all coupled with high-quality, one-pass CMYK printing: the Xerox Iridesse ™ press saves time and money for professionals.

Easily print or reprint a gold or silver document without having to modify the source document, overlay the CMYK ink and metallic dry ink layers to create iridescent and shiny effects, apply a clear varnish or ink for a matte or velvet look in one pass: it's all possible with the new Xerox Iridesse ™ press.

Running at up to 120 ppm, it supports paper weights from 52 to 400 gsm, perfectly suited to the work of printing professionals. With its two paper trays, it can process up to eight different paper weights at the same time. Its many options for finishing, and automatic management of the addition of metallic inks mean many jobs can be completed on a single machine, avoiding the use of multiple presses and complex procedures. An undeniable gain in terms of return on investment, but also in the time it takes to complete jobs!

Many modules and extensions are available to make the Xerox Iridesse ™ press even more versatile and productive. Its ease of use and tuning makes it accessible to everyone, even in the absence of design skills, thanks to its pre-established Xerox FreeFlow® workflows. Available to order since May 9, 2018.
