Konica Minolta acquires ECM provider Techline

26 March 2018

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. has bought TechLine Communications.  Techline develops systems which automate business processes for content management distribution.

TechLine's consultancy aims to streamline key business processes, and since 1993 has helped hundreds of American businesses implement and maintain efficient information strategies.  Techline have an ECM product line that includes OnBase, OpenText, Dialogic, and AVST.

This acquisition is in line with Konica Minolta's global strategy to broaden its services, adapting its focus to suit modern business needs: supporting its customers in terms of the content itself.  John Fisk, President of TechLine, said, “This deal solidifies our longstanding commitment to provide our customers with a broader set of resources and software solutions to better meet their continuing needs.”  Konica Minolta are increasingly well placed to help their customer leverage the speed and power of technology to make their organizations run more efficiently and to help them adapt and make ready for the workplace of the future.
