New Fujitsu compact scanner - cloud enabled!
13 December 2021
PFU (EMEA) Limited (Fujitsu's European subsidiary) has just launched the ScanSnap iX1300, a highly compact personal document scanner which does not need to be connected to a PC for run image and document processing.
The U-turn paper path means it takes up very little space on a desk, even when running. The alternative Return Path on the front of the machine means cards and photos can be scanned too.
A user can scan at the touch of a button. USB cables and a PC are Not required, since the ScanSnap iX1300 is WiFi- and even cloud-enabled.
ScanSnap Cloud means the ix1300 can scan straight to all the popular cloud services. Alternatively, with ScanSnap Connect on the user's smartphone or tablet, the ix1300 output text pdf, Word, Excel or PowerPoint formats. The user can do all necessary file naming, indexing and sending on their phone.
The ScanSnap ix1300 is small and suitable for mobile use - but with a new 20-sheet feeder, it's an extremely compact desktop office scanner too.
