Xerox Corporation announces three new businesses, Software, Financing and Innovation

Xerox Vice Chairman and CEO John Visentin announced this week “our plan to stand up three separate businesses by 2022 [to] provide greater focus, flexibility, and visibility as we position Xerox for the future.”

Xerox Financial Services (XFS) will lead Xerox’s financing business, a payment solutions business
The new Software business includes CareAR, DocuShare®, XMPie and FreeFlow®
The Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) Innovation business will continue to research and to develop new technologies such as 3D liquid metal and industrial IoT products.

In the press release announcing Xerox's plans for the future, Xerox Corporation describe themselves as "a global workplace technology company" - and the word "print" is conspicuous by its absence.
