Kyocera’s new TASKalfa MFPs: supporting change
28 April 2021
Kyocera's latest multifunction printer models are betting on the future, and the Japanese manufacturer is highlighting how they are particularly well suited to the "new normal" uses generated by the health crisis and the preponderance of teleworking.
The TASKalfa 2554ci and TASKalfa 3554ci, Kyocera's two new intelligent multifunction devices recently launched by Kyocera, are focussed on document capture workflows and the growing role of so-called hybrid workspaces (on site and teleworking). While the health crisis has accelerated the digital transformation of companies by force, the manufacturer is positioning itself to support companies without giving up productivity.
The TASKalfa 2554ci and TASKalfa 3554ci feature print speeds of 25 and 35 ppm respectively, and scan speeds of up to 200 images per minute. Combined with a 320-sheet feeder capacity, this performance guarantees good productivity for these MFPs.
But that's not all!
The two machines also offer features derived from Artificial Intelligence (AI): help in proofreading and correcting handwritten documents, increased scalability, and Kyocera has also raised the bar on data security, ever more important at a time when the office worker becomes nomadic: the new multifunction devices have embedded advanced security technologies.
"These new systems demonstrate, once again, Kyocera's commitment to customer-centric innovation. User needs continue to evolve in these challenging times, and we are able to address the real issues companies face," said Benjamin Claus, Marketing and Communications Director at Kyocera Document Solutions France. "We strive to provide a personalized experience for our customers when they use our printing systems. Due to these products' robustness and their technological innovations, the TASKalfa 2554ci and TASKalfa 3554ci deliver high-quality output - a priceless asset for today's businesses."
