Canon launches the new imagePRESS C270
15 September 2022
Canon has just unveiled the new imagePRESS C270 series, which, according to the manufacturer will allow companies to bring in-house the production of color prints, enjoying many benefits in terms of print quality, productivity, security and ease of use.
This new line is aimed at communications and/or marketing departments looking to push the boundaries of their imagination, improve consumer engagement through printing and seamlessly integrate with self-service needs in the office.
The new Canon imagePRESS C270 series offers new features to meet the growing demands for ease of use, mobility and security in the office environment, as well as the need for productivity and variety in communication media.
This machine features a feeder with a scan speed of up to 270 ipm (images per minute) and a user experience consistent with other models in the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE multifunction series.
Like the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX, the imagePRESS C270 series is equipped with advanced security tools to protect the sensitive information and privacy of employees and customers.
In addition to the standard A4 and A3 sizes and media stocks, it also accepts envelopes, thick media (up to 350 gsm) and banners (up to 1,300 mm).
With a wide selection of glossy, satin, standard and textured media and professional finishes, users can imagine a variety of activities and let their creativity run wild.
The imagePRESS C270 combines office functionality, connectivity and the best of professional results with print speeds up to 70 ppm in color and 80 ppm in black and white. For designers, ease of use is also guaranteed: the intuitive interface, navigation modes and operations are identical to those of the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE system, saving the user considerable time.
Finally, the new AG1 finisher model has a 5,000-sheet capacity for maximum business productivity.
